Autumn at Gledswood.
I had to get out of the house today, just for a wee while, so I drove up to Scott’s View. It’s a while since I’ve been there. The standard photo of the Eildons is in extras, but I liked this one of the birds flying over the trees at Gledswod farm. Gled is an old Scots word for Red Kite and these have recently been reintroduced to the area. Not sure if there are any in the picture as they are a bit far away, but I have seen them here before. The houses that you can just make out in the background are part of Upper Langlee and Galashiels.
