2018 Wednesday — Real Life

In the late afternoon glow of the sun, I realized I had not clicked a photo all day. I was thoroughly enjoying being home after hours at the campus, but I also knew that our front room would not look as good through the lense of the camera as it did in my own relaxed mood.

And it does not, but oh well.

The pups’ Koranda beds are immediately in front of me and little Chloe is asleep on the ottoman to my right. With their crates piled high across the room, we look rather a mess; I don’t even care; this is real life at Funville.

P.S. Our pups are crate trained. When we leave the house and they cannot go with us, they stay in their crates. At night they sleep in crates in our bedroom. We are a “cratefully” happy family.
