in a flap

It was so cold out there this morning that I literally did a 10 minute stint then came home for a bacon sarnie and a cuppa T. 
I can't bear the cold and it's not even winter yet.. how will I cope ?

Todays blip is of one of the gulls merrily having a bath in the pond and then shaking his feathers.
