A bit of a stretch.

First duty day as seal warden this year. A cold, windy day and so far very few seals. A few bulls are up on the salt marsh staking a claim to a part of the beach and already there have been squabbles. 5 pups so far but none were visible to the visitors-- and there was a steady flow of people coming to see the annual spectacle.
