Tuna Canning Again
This was the weekend of the annual communal tuna canning. It was just like last year's, so I'm not going to write a description again.
It may be hard to believe, but I enjoyed spending a couple of hours filleting semi-frozen tuna steaks, in spite of numb fingers. The compensation was conversation with interesting people, and the anticipation of delicious tuna -- a cut above (pardon the pun) the commercially canned stuff.
