We took lunch to this quiet stretch of coast...I love it here. Even just the 45 minute change of scenery did us good. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A challenging and encouraging article from aA.
2) A phone call from my aunt and uncle.
3) Someone giving us a gift of money to buy a dryer to do the homeless guys washing more easily in the winter months! Amazing!
