High Tide at Perth

I was going to have a rant about the poor standard of English teaching and thus the reason for shelling out for private tuition in Perth, but I thought nah.

I managed to get to Perth, just as the sun was going down behind the buildings and the blip I wanted was becoming darker by the second.
The high tide covers the small islands in the river and looks like there is a flood, but this is normal for a full moon high tide.
