Rainy day

It has been raining since the middle of the night and is very chilly!  Sheri and I have played cards (5 Crown) most of the morning after we prepared a pot of chicken gumbo from the recipe we learned about on Tuesday at the cooking demo.  It smells great!    

We had planned to eat the gumbo this evening at supper time but it may be eaten before then!    

Tomorrow is supposed to be warming up again and sunny!  Having to drive the older auto we are not sure if we want to try any long trips with this car so we will just have to see how adventurous we might be.
