An alternative dinner tonight ...

and someone was very pleased with a small piece of haddock we saved him. We were looking forward to having chicken korma curry tonight but I accidentally left the hob on and left the kitchen for 10 minutes and the curry overcooked and caught the bottom of the pan ruining the fresh chicken breasts that were simmering away so all had to be thrown away!
