Englishtown Ferry...

The ferry has been operating for the past month..... finally!   Due to all the inconvenience it has caused folks we are riding free for the time being!!!

I headed over to visit Marcelle who is a posture therapist!   I'm very interested in this type of work, and have done some reading....it's amazing how much our bodies just compensate for the bad habits we develop!  I have some issues for sure, and now have a 'menu' of exercises to do each day.....so we'll see!
