Say Cheese :)

A cheesy blip tonight.

In Edinburgh amongst the myriad cheesemongers providing tartan tat for tourists, it is possible to find some real cheesemongers who are purveyors of tasty cheese of the dairt variety. We brought back some cheeses from our trip and they are fast disappearing.

Here you have in the back row, from left to right, Lanark Blue and Cambus o' May with Grmbister and Criffel in front.

All four are very tasty and very different from each other making a nice cheese board.

The Criffel is one of the strongest smelling cheeses I've ever had.
