Blue sky reflection

In to Berwick on the bus this morning. Arrived with plenty of time to walk around some of the town walls, enjoy the sea air and, of course, take a photo or two. The tide was out and the blue sky reflected in the wet sand.  
In the distance left of centre are Berwick pier and the lighthouse, to the right is the old chimney stack at Spittal, on the other side of the Tweed estuary. On the horizon, to the right, Lindisfarne and Bamburgh castles are both just visible.

It was very good meet up with A and L, with whom I used to work, and J, who treated us to a delicious meal. Thank you, J! A very enjoyable lunch - we mustn't leave it so long until the next time...
