Piers finished and trough in place. Site meeting to discuss stand-pipe and taps.  Enquiry from client as to hot water supply was dismissed as frivolous (ed: yes, it was intended as such). G was worried about the lack of verticality in the piers - even when pointed out that the same error would be a 'mere' 1 ft in a 40 storey high building.
