Speed of light

Breesha and MJ had great fun today in the woods.  I like this shot even though Breesha is out of focus, MJ throws the ball quite fast for a little guy and she loves it and you can see how fast she moves.  There's an extra of MJ and Mr B heading to the GP's surgery.  We both get the flu jab now, one of the "benefits" of being a certain age for Mr B and for me the "benefit" of having Coeliac Disease.  Mmmmn...
