Day 103 - Renovation

This morning we woke up In the hotel provided by the gig last night. Another lovely breakfast I had to swiftly avoid but managed to eat a little. (CBT cannot come soon enough!!)

We travelled to Dresden where we busked for a short while. Today was what you call a double header as we have just finished a gig this evening in what used to be a coal store for trains...! It has been turned into a music venue and what a venue at that. Kesselhaus Lager, Singwitz. It has been in use for about 15 years! Brilliant! Another building I wouldn't mind being added onto my house! The stage had a big barn door right off the back of it to load in and out.

Where the audience were was a huge open space with red brick walls all around and loads of random sofas everywhere!! Perfect for a chilled out gig! A slightly bizarre venue literally in the middle of nowhere but 100 pre booked tickets and a huge audience filled the space!

"It took me all day to find inspiration. It just hit me like a ton of bricks, no renovation."
