The Wave and river Ellen

Even though it was a blowy cold wind I decided to take some shots from a height and used Mote Hill. Which was used by the Roman army to watch over the original harbour which was at the bottom of mote Hill at Maryport. This would have been about the time when Adrians wall was built. The additional shots are also from this vantage point.
