Tayside SANDS

A great day of 1:1 coaching on the river - lots of fun, light bulb moments and an accidental swim. 
The highlight was finding these though. Sands (stillbirth and neonatal death society) is probably one of those organisations you only find out about when you need in the midst of difficult and desperate times.. Tayside are in an awareness month and what a lovely way to do it. We took some time to think of family and friends, to be thankful and to remember (not that you ever forget).
