Why Do They Do This Every Day?

Every time I visit "The Shires" I find gentle reminders why I moved to a "Wee Small Island".
Quite high up the list of things I don't miss is "being sat on a motorway with my handbrake on wondering why I'm not moving". Sometimes people on Mull complain about being stuck behind slower drivers on the singletrack roads, I would rather that any day to the frustrations I faced this afternoon!
