Black Sweet if the Family

Beloved and I have both had colds since we came back from Manchester a few weeks ago, along with an irritating cough.

The bunged up noses have gone but I still have the cough so I've been sucking a mix of honey and lemon, and menthol and eucalyptus sweets.

My diabetes check next month should be fun.
