Sunset over the pool

One of those odd days where you feel you have achieved a fair bit but still have too much to think about!

Half term can't come soon enough, W had a meltdown as soon as we crossed the threshold. Brought back memories of most evenings in KS1! C then had a meltdown later over homework that had been set but as we later found out had not been given, hence her inability to access it.

I am wondering now if a trip to the velodrome tomorrow evening is a bad idea. When I booked tickets for 6day cycling I presumed it was half term, as it always is. Not this year in Hertfordshire, Humberside and Newcastle! So a late night followed by two school days. Watch this space!
