daytime tv and Complan

It's finally come to this.  Blipping from the sofa while watching telly. I had to get permission from the head nurse to turn the tv on in the afternoon.

I've not eaten for the past few days, surviving instead on Complan (Complan!!!) and immodium.

I appear to have caught a nasty stomach bug that's going round. Definitely not man-flu.  It's highly infectious so Anniemay has added Marigold gloves and a face-mask to her wardrobe.

So apologies for lack of comments on your blips lately, but I've not been able to sit still long enough to type any replies.
