Stumped!

"I think the Hazel needs a bit of a trim,"
That was part of the conversation on the previous visit and the first job I did today was to "Give it a bit of a trim"
It is amazing how well it grows having been coppiced and it was over shadowing the whole area.

When I got home my plan was to make Quince Cheese, the first batch was very over cooked and suitable for using to patch lorry tyres but the second lot worked.
