At your peril

Mess with my garden, and you mess with me!!

You see the thing is, I generally sleep very well, and I never, but never wake anybody up with mindless barking at nothing in particular.  A certain small black dog before my time used to wake up and bark at the sound of ants crossing the garden path.

So last night, I did wake them up barking, and SHE did take me outside, and I got a "Good Boy George", not a "Shut up George", because I did hear the front gate in the wind, and the front gate is never open, and it was open when we wented down to check.  We think that someone who called earlier in the day didn't latch it properly.

So now I am ensconced as Number 1 Guard Dog.
