Flying by.....

......with a watchful eye hoping for some tucker.

I had a wonderful morning out at the estuary with blipper Kiwianna. Although a little cloudy the sun was starting to peek through which was rather nice but it didn't last long. Sneakily, sea fog came up the river mouth swirling around and eventually taking over the estuary and beach. It was ever so moody, light at times and dark others making for tricky photography, there's some shots in extras showing the mood.

I couldn't resist blipping this Black-billed Gull, they're endemic to New Zealand and classified as endangered, they're not often seen at the estuary.

A great day was had, thanks to Kiwianna for a fantastic morning :)
