Basking in the sunshine

The sun was streaming in through the kitchen windows onto the succulents and the little fuchsia.

It was quite warm in the sun but very cold out of it.

My daughter wasn’t very well so she was at home and do was my son as he had a day off. Part the way through the morning there was a glorious smell of bacon from the kitchen as he made himself a bacon sandwich. He didn’t make one for me.

HtP was otherwise occupied this evening so I walked the boys on my own.
