I will write more anon. Tonight I'm having an early night. Caldey Island is a peaceful holy island, when the sun shines, and I feel the benefit of having walked outdoors and explored so much today. I even took a walk from the B&B This evening along South Beach that started as a sunset walk and ended up as a moonlight ramble.
