Out of Shape

The chainring on CyclopsJnr's bike is bent and keeps throwing the chain (can you make out the next tooth failing to engage with the chain?).  This is the first issue we've had in nearly 10 months which is remarkable given how hard he uses (and abuses) it!  It's made of tough stuff.  We've contacted the manufacturer for a replacement.

My back is out of shape too.  Perhaps too much vigorous messing around with CyclopsJnr or holiday, or maybe too much carrying him back to the hotel room exhausted after mini-disco.  Still, I'm finding it hard to get comfy sitting, if I sit I'm all stiff afterwards, and if I move around I get pain with occasional agonising spasms. It's slightly better today than yesterday, but I'm feeling pretty bored of it now.

My day was also bent out of shape.  I had a routine appointment at the hospital this morning, which took about 2 hours longer than it should have due to an administrative mess-up concerning X-rays.  Very frustrating, as there was a lot waiting for me back at the office and I got far less done than I should have.  At least my team have made good progress in my absence - although that's just created more work for me!
