Fizzzzzzz
I’ve been experimenting with making ginger beer with water kefir grains.
The most recent effort I opened today was extremely fizzy so it appears that I am making progress in getting the sugar level right. Gratitude then for small progress.
My knee also appears slightly less painful so for that I am grateful.
I’m grateful too for my work colleagues who have fetched, carried and chauffeured me.
