This week it was Graham Norton doing a book signing out at Gogarburn - guess this’ll be a regular occurrence now in the run up to the C-word.

This evening I went and joined a lovely Jog Scotland group in Penicuik. A really friendly group and we did a mixture of road running and sprints etc - stuff that I would never normally do on my own. I definitely feel like I push myself more in a group - I even found myself getting quite competitive at the relay sprints - would never have predicted that :)
