1850s v 1950s

Passed by my old school today while taking dad’s wee dog for a walk. Old section built in 1857, newer section in the 1950s. Lots of memories.

No longer a school, but a community centre ... I might try to get back inside one day.

Just 450 pupils when I was there and my year was the very first to stay in for year six .... all 7 of us.
