Long Day

When I bought the new camera - just before we left for Switzerland -  the young man in the shop gave me a Tamron Canon lens for my Nikon camera. I didn't realise until I came home.

I returned the lens, when I came back from Switzerland, but I didn't get a new one as they didn't have the Nikon one in store. They rang a few days later though and said that they would get the Nikon lens sometime this week. And today they rang and said that they had it, so I went to collect it after work. 

It was a long day at work though and a long drive to collect the lens, so it was dark, when I got it and I didn't really get a chance to try it.

So this picture is from our afternoon walk - before I collected the lens. We had an evening walk too, but it was when it was dark.
