Lunch

I'm glad they make them gluten free these days.

A walk along the river, or what seems to be called 'The Foreshore', at South Alloa today. Not very inspiring. And quite chilly in the breeze.

Back via Waitrose which doesn't happen very often these days. An enjoyable time sorting out the airing cupboard. Sounds a bit desperate but I had fun. About to make leftover soup then I'll be out tonight which I think will be the highlight but too late to blip.
