Sunflower Sunday

I am curious about these sunflower seeds, and why they all haven't been eaten by the birds. Should I roast them for us to eat or is there something wrong with them?

The sun made an appearance today but it was too late for the pitches and Nathan's cup match was postponed. Josh and I went to the gym and earned ourselves a good lunch. I did a bit of tennis, a bit of running, a bit of swimming and now I am tired!

The clouds and rain have returned.
