Fall

Took this photo as we stopped to pick up BJ, a friend who came with us to Anacortes for duplicate bridge. She was subbing for my brother Dave. My brother Steve drove and we arrived right on time. Steve and BJ were partners and they came in first. I played with Bob at whose house we were playing. we had fun together.

We headed home and picked up Shelly before dropping off BJ. Shelly and I had dinner at my house before I drove him to the airport. As I look at my watch I see he will be taking off soon. First from Bellingham to Seattle and then a red eye to Boston. I’m happy he’ll be with family and I’ll miss him.

Quiet evening with the kitties now. I like that as its been quite a day after so many sick days. I’m chugging on but am ready for a rest. Blipping and doing my art Journal are just the ticket.
