Cooking

Some admin done today which involved posting, collecting from the sorting office, getting my wiper sorted At Halfords (the self service computer screens were all switched off ( and those flick books they had that tell you what you need for your year and model of car no longer exist!) so I had to ask the staff to help me- making me feel like a very old person). I also spent a bit of the day submitting a research proposal to a local University.

Dinner consisted of bargain potatoes, made into a potato salad, oven baked salmon, salads and beetroot which is healthier than my usual choices on a Sunday!

Started watching Attenborough playing a serial killer in the original Rillington Place film but it was far to unsettling to watch for long and was even more creepy than the very well cast recent version featuring Tim Roth (?)

Blip is my Gloucestershire onion just before it was very finely chopped.
