My wife insisted this would make a good photograph. Of course, she was correct as usual. We were both impressed the upper painter was actually using a harness. It may have made him more bold, as he leaned over the edge of the three story building to reach down the wall with his extends-roller. As I have said many times, I don't think one would ever see something like this in the States.
