Before we sat on the beach there was a fine lunch sitting in the sun. Lovely catch up with Helen and Alfie.

Then home to rattle off a few work emails, wave Daisy off to the coal face and watch Dr Strange with Jay and Will with a spot of roast chicken thrown in for good measure.

And a day off tomorrow. Top banana.
