Ashcombe Bottom

The mist was just starting to lift this morning as the spaniel and I reached the top of Blackcap for a view over the South Downs towards the Channel with Ashcombe windmill visible in the foreground on Kingston Hill. The mill was built in the last ten years (its a residential dwelling) on the site of the original 19th century mill.
