The Power of the Big Lake

This is the Saugeen River Front Range Light, with Lake Huron as the backdrop. When you have a front range light, you always have a rear range light, too. When the boat captain was out at sea...he/she would line up the two lights, and then proceed into the harbor.

The big lake was both wild and cold...AND I WAS IN SHORTS! The wind was whipping in, and the temperature was about 45F. Chilly.

Shelley and I annoyed Al and Lisa with our picture-taking, but they are both pretty good sports. We are holed up in Port Elgin, Ontario for the night, and we think Al is getting sick. Uh-oh.
