London Plane trees in Green Park

A very full day! This morning we walked around Croydon through Wendle Park and then the shopping area - very crowded and discovered brown socks aren’t the thing for ladies at the moment!

Lunch in the hotel room and a little nap! Off into town - Victoria - so many people from the anti Brexit March! Then headed past the palace to Green Park where we stopped on a bench in the sun! A beautiful day! Visited Burlington arcade and looked around the Royal Academy courtyard. Then a sit down in Costa. Through Leicester Square to Wagamama’s. Wow it was crowded but we only waited about 15 mins. By the time we’d had our curries and ice cream it was time to send our way through the crowds to the theatre! We saw Michael Jackson Thriller! Not so keen at the start but the second half was much better and the end great! Back to Croydon and time to sleep! Ro has won a locker room visit tomorrow at 9.15 at Wembley!
