peaceful

I attended a yoga retreat this morning, that involved taking three classes back to back, and then being fed a lovely vegetarian meal. I'm feeling so mellow that I could hardly take Laney on her afternoon walk. Fortunately, it is a balmy, sunny day here and she talked/begged me into it.
