Running in the Vondelpark....

Today was my first run in the Vondelpark.
I met Dirk, a 59 age-fellow and we decided to do a run twice a week in the Vondelpark in Amsterdam.
So, here you see us after our first 3 km run.
Every week we hope to do a bit more.... getting back our fitness....
