Now I am really lost for words

Sooo  I goes into B & M for some bits and when I gets to the checkout and was putting the things in my bag the checkout lady handed me a diary, not big, a handbag size type, "Here luv" she said "have one of these" thanking her I went back to the car then I took a look at the diary, well not bad for a freebee I thought till I looked at the year and found it was 2018. Who gives out 2018 diaries in mid October??? B & M do.

What with that, the packet of nuts that said it "May contain nuts" and the compressor for blowing up car tyres that said "do not use when driving the car" I am giving up on this world it's crazy.
