On the Hibernia

The crossing back from Belfast was a completely different experience. The wind was a stiff south westerly and a big swell developed very soon after leaving port.
This meant sightings of cetaceans were almost impossible, though I was lucky enough to see one Bottlenose Dolphin leaping out of the sea, and there was one sighting of a Harbour Porpoise.
Fortunately there were plenty of sea birds to see, with large groups of Razorbills.
The strangest thing really was this enormous houseplant on the bridge! I don’t think it can get any bigger!
