Late to bed and early to rise, makes a man tired!

Late last evening we returned to Amman. A few hours later we were up and off to the airport. The photograph was the early morning view from our hotel balcony.
Amman International airport is very modern, spacious, uncrowded and full of interest. Where else would you see a group of young men sitting around  a table drinking coffee and  each with a falcon on his gloved hand? (Sadly I didn't have the nerve the nerve to take a photograph). The Royal Jordanian flight departed exactly on time and arrived in London early.
In contrast Heathrow resembled an overcrowded Dante's seventh level of hell and the BA flight to Aberdeen left half an hour late!
