Fun-guys

It's a good year for fungi everywhere - saw lots today on a walk with friends.  The weather was stunning and the woods, although colourful, were not spectacular; I wonder if leaves have dropped too soon or developed badly due to the very dry summer.  The walk was a bit too long for my liking - I don't really walk just for the fun of it, needing a specific reason to get somewhere - usually to take its photograph.

It was good to meet up with Jane and Peter after such a long time and we had lots of chat, coffee and an excellent lunch
