Ladies Who Lunch

Yesterday I had a rush of blood to the head, a brainstorm perhaps, and bought 2 pairs of shoes. This by a lady with idiosyncratic feet which are very sensitive to the tiniest seam or narrowing of the toe section. Today, I returned both pairs.

Wearing my old comfy trainers, I hiked to leafy Morningside for a cosy lunch with 4 of my erstwhile cycling companions. What a grand time we had over a delicious lunch reminiscing about our exploits on bikes. So many shared experiences over so many miles. Thank you Liz for being the perfect hostess.
