Round and round and up and down

I totally forgot about the house that had this carousel horse in its front garden until I drove past and spotted it out of the corner of my eye.

It's been there for as long as I can remember, although I'm not convinced it's the same horse. A childhood memory seems to think it was pink, but I guess it's been there a very long time and has probably weathered to the point it needed replacing.

I can picture children walking past with their parents and it making everyone smile.
