Calm before the storm

30 mins after this photo, Bobbin crushed her thumb horrendously in the back door hinge. Desperate, panicked journey to A&E and the most horrible of words being bandied about: partial amputation, morphine, plastic surgery, nail bed. I can hardly believe so much damage can happen in the blink of an eye. 

We're trying hard to remember thee only moment that wasn't highly charged with panic - Bobbin coming around from the pain relief and tripping out with bulging eyes at the sight of buggy wheels and a plastic glove!
