Snowy . . . !

What can I say? He was having a ball, rolling in the snow and running round in it, and now he is exhausted! Completely out for the count, he is snoring happily, his legs still running!

We have had more snow showers this morning, but just light ones. The sky is bright and a wonderful shade of blue and the snow is sparkling. I love the crunch as you walk through the crisp deep snow. Luckily, because it is still so cold, not much of it has turned to slush yet, even in the town. More showers forecast for tomorrow too!

I love this time of year, the brightness and the light, being able to be all wrapped up in lots of layers, snug and cosy, and out enjoying it. Almost as good is getting home to a warm house, and settling down to watch it through the window, armed with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake!
